Three price levels have been set for 2026:
- Low season: January, February, March, April, October, November, December. The swimming pool is closed during this period.
- Mid season: May, Juni, September
- High season: July, August

Prices include Tourist tax
For groups of 3 or more adults a surcharge of 10% applies
- Midweek: Monday afternoon to Friday morning
- Weekend: Friday afternoon to Monday morning
- Week: Monday afternoon to Monday morning
Longer periods are possible, such as a weekend and a week, or other combinations.
Minimum stay is 6 nights in high season, 5 nights in mid season and 4 nights in low season.
Mid season rate also applies to the following dates:
- Autumn break: Oktober 15, 2025 – Oktober 30, 2025
- Christmas holidays: December 20, 2025 – January 4, 2026
- Spring break: February 14, 2026 – March 1, 2026
- May break: April 18, 2026 – May 3, 2026
- Autumn break: Oktober 10, 2026 – oktober 25, 2026
Weekend rate also applies on the following public holidays:
- Easter Monday: April 3, 2026
- Ascension Day: May 14, 2026
- White Monday: May 24, 2026
The above prices are inclusive of tourist tax, exclusive of cleaning costs. Prices for 2027 and beyond have not yet been set.

For the winter period (November to February) a surcharge of €10 per day applies (heating costs)
A deposit of 30% of the total price is due within 1 week of the request. You will receive confirmation of the payment by mail or mail. The sending date of the confirmation is the date of the reservation. Rent and costs must be paid four weeks before arrival at the bungalow. Cancellation of the reservation must be in writing (see the rental conditions)
