Three price levels have been set for 2024:
- Low season: January, February, March, April, October, November, December. The swimming pool is closed during this period.
- Mid season: May, Juni, September
- High season: July, August

Prices include Tourist tax
- Midweek: Monday afternoon to Friday morning
- Weekend: Friday afternoon to Monday morning
- Week: Monday afternoon to Monday morning
Longer periods are possible, such as a weekend and a week, or other combinations.
Minimum stay is 5 nights in high season and mid season and four nights in low season.
Mid season rate also applies to the following dates:
- Autumn break: Oktober 14, 2023 – Oktober 29, 2023
- Christmas holidays: December 23, 2023 – January 7, 2024
- Spring break: February 17, 2024 – February 25, 2024
- May break: April 27, 2024 – May 12, 2024
- Autumn break: Oktober 19, 2024 – November 3, 2024
Weekend rate also applies on the following public holidays:
- Easter Monday: April 1, 2024
- Ascension Day: May 9, 2024
- Whit Monday: May 5, 2023
The above prices are inclusive of tourist tax, exclusive of cleaning costs. Prices for 2023 and beyond have not yet been set.

A deposit of 30% of the total price is due within 1 week of the request. You will receive confirmation of the payment by mail or mail. The sending date of the confirmation is the date of the reservation. Rent and costs must be paid four weeks before arrival at the bungalow. Cancellation of the reservation must be in writing (see the rental conditions)
